Text Installation Teaching

  • SENZA vehicle hydrogen equipment installation teaching
  • Put on your work gloves
  • Prepare necessary components and tools
  • Put them in order for easy access
  • Before installation
  • Check for electrical equipment and engine faults
  • Start the vehicle
  • If you have a car specific diagnostic computer, you can use it to check the condition of the car computer fault code
  • Remove the net and bumper
  • Plan the installation space of reservior, generator, module and hydrogen bottle
  • Open a 12mm tapping 1/4 thread outlet hole at the bottom of the reservior
  • Apply sealant and tighten it to avoid leakage
  • Open a 12mm tapping 1/4 thread return hole on the upper side
  • A 2mm air vent is opened on the side of the backwater interface
  • Open a 10mm mounting hole for the water position sensor in the center of the reservior
  • The sensor is threaded from bottom to top, tighten the fixing screw, and insert the connector
  • The effect of the reservior parts after installation
  • Determine the installation location of generator, reservior and module
  • Install and secure the water pump
  • Fix the generator with fixed bracket, angle code and M6 screw nut
  • Drill holes according to the installation position of the reservior
  • Install the reservior with mounting bracket, angle code and M6 screw nut
  • Confirm whether it is firm
  • The water outlet of the reservior pot is connected with the water pump
  • Determine the proper location to install the fixed module
  • Do not install it in the engine compartment
  • The hydrogen bottle is installed in the engine compartment
  • Locate near and above the reservior
  • Merge the two outlet lines of the generator into one and connect them to the air inlet of the water and gas separator
  • The reservior is connected to the hydrogen bottle return pipe
  • Open the empty filter box
  • Trepanning the shell of the air filter box
  • Install inlet outer joint and inner joint
  • Connect the gas pipe to the valve or turbine
  • Fill the air filter box
  • The air outlet of hydrogen bottle is connected with the air inlet of the air filter box
  • The water pump is charged at the anode and cathode of the generator, red is the anode and black is the cathode
  • Put a protective sleeve on the module input line and put it into the battery position
  • Install safety switch in front of blue anode input line of module
  • The blue input terminal of the module is installed with an anode of the battery and the safety switch is fixed
  • The black input terminal is installed with the cathode of the battery
  • After starting the vehicle
  • Use clamp ammeter to measure the power cord greater than 10A (acc power signal control can also be used, one of the two options)
  • Fix the current breaker on the power cord
  • Connect to the module and put a protective sleeve on it
  • Screw the male connector of the current switch to the female connector of the module
  • Remove the current control panel and remove the plug
  • Put it in the cab and put it back in the current control panel
  • Place the current control panel in the vacant space of the driver’s seat
  • Screw the male connector of the water position sensor into the female connector of the module
  • Arrange and secure the excess thread and put on the protective sleeve
  • installation complete
  • Start the vehicle
  • Add purified water to test whether the water position sensor and water pump are normal
  • After filling up the water, test whether the equipment is working properly
  • Match the microcomputer when the engine water temperature works normally
  • Turn off all electrical equipment (air conditioning, stereo, headlights)
  • Insert the microcomputer plug into the OBD interface and wait for the car ECU to be read automatically
  • During the matching process, the first green light is steady on and the second green light blinks quickly
  • When reading data normally: the first green light is steady on, and the second green light blinks for 6-7 seconds
  • After the normal display of the microcomputer, use a small tool to press the microcomputer reset key 4 times
  • Repeat the match three times
  • Attach 3M glue and fix the microcomputer
  • Check vehicle condition and equipment
  • Check all accessories and reset the original vehicle
  • Reinstall the bumper, power plug, mesh and trim
  • Back on the hood
  • Equipment installed, waiting for the road test
