Parts preparation

Assembling parts

  • 1. Prepare required parts and tools.
  • 2. Find a suitable location on the car and install the product onto the car using special screws for the box.
  • 3. Before adding water，pull out the plug of the water feeding hole and H2&O2 output.
  • 4. Connect the filler funnel to the water feeding hole.
  • 5. Pour in purified water slowly (about 600ml).
  • 6. Add to the highest water level.
  • 7. When the water level is above the highest point, the excess water needs to be discharged.
  • 8. Unplug the water filling funnel.
  • 9. Turn the water inlet down to drain the excess water from the water inlet.
  • 10. Once there is no water flowing out, plug the plug.
  • 11. Connect the power input bus to the positive and negative poles of the battery（24V DC）(blue positive, brown negative).
  • 12. Fixed switch.
  • 13. Plug the power line into the truck kit.
  • 14. Connect the vibration sensor to the truck kit.
  • 15. The vibration sensor is installed on the engine to sense the vibration of the engine.
  • 16. Cut a suitable PU pipe to connect the air outlet of truck kit and connect the other end to the engine air inlet.
  • 17. Turn on the switch.
  • 18. Shake vibration sensor (Simulated engine operation).
  • 19. After waiting for 40 seconds, the equipment starts to work.
  • 20. If drainage is required, first unscrew the drain cover and take out the plug.
  • 21. When the drain is complete, install the plug back into the drain and tighten the cap.
  • 22. If the truck kit does not work normally，please unscrew the fuse cover to see if there is any problem with the fuse.
  • 23. If the fuse is blown, please check whether the wire connection of the truck kit is connected incorrectly. After the wire connection is ok.
  •  24. Replace the new fuse, and then turn on the equipment to work.
  • 25. After the equipment has been used for more than one year, the resin can be replaced by itself.
  • 26. Remove the resin bottle from the bracket.
  • 27. Unscrew the silver aluminum cover and the black cover together.
  • 28. Pour out the water in the bottle.
  • 29. Take out the resin and put in the new resin (black side down).
  • 30. (When taking resin, remove the gloves to avoid hair sticking to the resin).
  • 31. Then install the aluminum cover and the black cover, tighten and install in the bracket. 
  • 32. Installation completed.

Installation Precautions

  • 1. When the truck kit is short of water, it will stop working. After the vehicle is turned off, the truck kit will sound a warning and start working again after filling up the water
  • 2. Please add pure water or distilled water.
  • 3. When adding water, pay attention to the water level of the water level observation pipe, adding water cannot exceed the highest point of it. If adding water above the highest point of the water level observation pipe, remove the funnel then the water inlet will be excess water out. When no water discharged, plugging the plug back to the water inlet.
  • 4. After the switch of truck kit is turned on (press the switch “Ι”), the truck kit will work normally 40 seconds after the vehicle starts (bubbles are generated in the hydrogen observation tube), and the truck kit will stop working 10 seconds after the vehicle turn off.
  •  5. If the vehicle needs to be welded, turn off the truck kit before welding, press the switch “○” to close the truck kit, and then turn on the switch after the vehicle is welded.
  • 6. The truck kit cannot be used in winter because water freezes below 0℃. If the temperature is below 0℃, turn off the truck kit, unscrew the cover of the drain port, pull out the plug of the drain port, plug back the plug after the water is drained, and tighten the cover of the drain port
  • 7. When the water level is above the highest point, the excess water needs to be discharged.
  • 8. Turn the water inlet down to drain the excess water from the water inlet.
  • 9. Once there is no water flowing out, plug the plug.
  • 10.After the equipment has been used for more than one year, the resin can be replaced by itself.
    Remove the resin bottle from the bracket.
    Unscrew the silver aluminum cover and the black cover together.
    Pour out the water in the bottle.
    Take out the resin and put in the new resin (black side down).
    (When taking resin, remove the gloves to avoid hair sticking to the resin)
    Then install the aluminum cover and the black cover, tighten and install in the bracket.
